These events and webinars are usually updated and communicated via our website events section and via our presence on popular social media platforms. tiforum Trend Talks is defined and conceptualized, based on The Knowledge Practitioner framework. Our motive for this framework is to create and contribute knowledge artifacts to serve the industry & society. Explore this section and successive sections to understand the concept of The Knowledge Practitioner Framework and our Knowledge Artifacts.
Observing Practitioner is the first stage of learning. This very initial stage represents a person who is a keen observer and able to sense the change happening in their surroundings. An observing practitioner is a keen observer of diversified kinds of changes that happened and is currently happening in industry & society.
Next to being an observant, now an Observing Practitioner just not remains static in his mind but wants to know, why this change is happening and the reason behind the same. He becomes curious about this change. This is the second stage of this framework and is known as the Curiosity Practitioner.
Curiosity is a quest for knowledge and wisdom.
■ ■ ■ ■
Curiosity functions as a spark to ignite the process of learning. It is the spark of curiosity which influences us to learn and understand on the line of logic. Curiosity enables us to walk on the progression path of continuous learning. Any progress is born out of curiosity so let's cultivate the power of curiosity at the stage of curiosity practitioner.
The next stage is the Learning Practitioner, in which a Curiosity Practitioner do consistent efforts to explore the reason behind this change by studying facts & references, analysis of trends and constructing the concept by connecting the dots of their experience.
This is the highest maturity stage of the continuous learning lifecycle where a learning practitioner take initiative to spread and distribute, their learnings and knowledge with society, with a belief that knowledge always increases by sharing with others.
■ ■ ■ ■
tiforum Knowledge Practitioner Framework is the Representation of a Continuous Learning Lifecycle.
The Knowledge Practitioner Framework is a conceptual model to represent the progressive growth of continuous learning from an initiating point to a maturity stage. This model has defined a continuous learning lifecycle in 4 stages to represent the journey of a continuous learning practitioner in 4 progressive steps. Below are the 4 stages of the knowledge practitioner's continuous learning lifecycle.
⛘ Stage 1 - Observing Practitioner
⛘ Stage 2 - Curiosity Practitioner
⛘ Stage 3 - Learning Practitioner
⛘ Stage 4 - Knowledge Practitioner
A knowledge Practitioner is signifying an individual, who is having a Knowledge Mindset and is willing for Knowledge Contribution to serve the Industry & Society.
